Industry Research Experience

2025 — Present
PayPal
Senior Technical Program Manager, PayPal AI and PayPal World

Led platform engineering and launch readiness for PayPal's first 0-to-1 cross-border digital wallet (PayPal World), coordinating across engineering, product, and operations to validate partner integrations and meet go-live requirements.

Drove the development of data ingestion and telemetry pipelines, experimentation services, MLOps infrastructure, and observability instrumentation supporting the AI/ML platform for a shopping personalization product.

Worked cross-functionally between product, engineering, marketing, and other PayPal departments to drive both development and integration of next-best-action (NBA) machine learning models into PayPal product offerings.

Managed the Friends & Family release of a new shopping personalization and recommendation product experience across 400 internal employees.

Optimized project and program management processes, documentation, reporting, and best practices for PayPal World, NBA model development, and Shopping Personalization projects.

2024 — 2025
Railbookers
Technical Program Manager, Data Infrastructure

Owned the launch of an NLP-powered booking and SKU recommendation engine, driving $7M in new monthly revenue and 94,000 new customers across web and mobile.

Managed the end-to-end migration of dynamic pricing models to AWS SageMaker, enabling transaction volume scalability across all product bookings.

Streamlined program management best practices, processes, and tooling cross-functionally to 6 PMs and 30+ engineers, accelerating cross-team feature and product delivery efficiency.

2024
Cultivate
Technical Program Manager, Research & Development Engineering

Led an optimization effort for model deployment and distributed ML training on biomarker data pipelines with embedded integration, increasing consistency across monitoring hardware and reducing misclassifications month over month.

Managed a research engineering team to build and continuously improve development infrastructure, tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and SDLC processes, enabling the creation of a greenfield 0-to-1 consumer AI CDSS prototype.

2021 — 2024
Appspace
Project Manager, Solution Engineering

Oversaw a $25M enterprise software program, successfully delivering 75+ full lifecycle SaaS projects and aligning global implementation goals with the C-suite.

Built a decentralized Professional Services PMO supporting $90M in annual SaaS rollouts, reporting directly to VPs and optimizing delivery at scale.

2019 — 2021
County of Santa Clara
Project Manager, Infrastructure

Spearheaded a 6-month AWS cloud migration for a hospital system serving 1.8M users, enabling scalable, low-latency services with Lambda and EKS.

Deployed a cloud-integrated CRM for index casing and contact tracing, supporting 150,000 frontline workers with rapid iteration and high-reliability data intake tooling.
